PREPARE JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make sure all needed skills are mentioned
  • Make sure basic Info like Location,CTC,.etc is mentioned
  • Company Info and it’s highlights
  • Make sure the overall Job Description looks decent with right format

PUBLISH/ADVERTISE THE JOB

  • Find out the target market.
  • Do mass mailing to all relevant candidates.
  • Do post the job Live.
  • Keep Questionnaire on the responses if needed.
  • Do calling candidates.

SCREENING RESUMES

  • Check the skills set
  • Check the basic requirements; CTC, Location..Etc.
  • Check employment history if lateral

CONDUCT INTERVIEWS

  • Proceed with shortlisted candidates with further interviews
  • Schedule interview based on the availability of candidates and Interview business panel
  • Follow up with candidates for the interview
  • Follow up with Interview business panel for feedback

DOCUMENTS CHECK & OFFER ROLL OUT

  • Check employment documents are correct as per resume
  • Re negotiate CTC if Given Current/Previous company CTC is different
  • Let candidate to fill in basic information on portal
  • Release offer as per the set timeline
